Are the bagels kosher?
Yes, all six varieties of Kim's Light Bagels are Kosher certified and Pareve under the Orthodox supervision of the Vaad Harabonim of New England.
Why is it the shipping so high?
Bagel shipping is expensive because it's a fresh bread product and has to get to its destination as quickly as possible. Our cost for priority shipping by the U.S. Post Office is $11 per box and we can fit up to six bags in each box.
Can I ship my bagels to a different address than my billing address?
Yes, (Please include your company name if the bagels are being shipped to your work address.)

Can you freeze the bagels?
Absolutely – we recommend doing this unless you are going to eat them all right away.
How long do the bagels last?
Average is 5-7 days. Since every ones home temperature is a little different, we highly recommend freezing the bagels.
How long after the bagels are shipped will I receive my order?
The bagels are shipped USPS priority mail, which takes on the average 2-3 days in transit.
Can I combine shipping with bagels and cookbooks?
No, bagels are shipped separately from all other products.
Are there nuts in the bagels?
No, there are no nuts in the bagels.
Are your bagels processed on equipment that also processes any tree nuts or if they are processed in a facility that also processes tree nuts.
No, the bakery is tree nut free.
Do you accept credit card payments over the phone?
No, at the present time we are not equipped to take phone orders.
How big are the bagels?
The bagels are approximately 3 ½ “ in diameter.
